New rules???

There is an interesting debate in the Facebook group of  MBA candidates  about the implications of the possible tightening of immigration laws that the new UK government will probably sponsor. The concerns are mainly about how these changes may affect the prospect of getting internships and full time jobs.

I think that definitely the internal politics of a country regarding immigration can affect the difficulty of obtaining a job for foreign people, but I believe that it is not the key variable that will define if you will get a job or not. If you believe in something I am sure you can accomplish it, so if you have a dream or a project, work hard to follow that dream and finish your project, you can worry about bureaucratic stuff in the way.

What I'm saying is that is good to be aware of what might affect your plans in order to see the best way to overcome the obstacles and no to fold back. If you are good, proactive and have potential you will probably get hired and find the way to obtain permission from the government to work.

  1. You are right, it's good to be aware of the obstacles, but they shouldn't stop. Keep working I your dreams will come true!!!
