Last step

I'm waiting for my visa, this is my last step before boarding the plane. My passport must be on its way to New York with the rest of my application for review. Honestly I was expecting a nice and short process of review of my application and  issuing of the visa, I thought I could have it in 2 or 3 days... Big mistake.

My appointment was just to receive my application and passport to send them to New York for review. They also took me a picture (for the record: they made me take one to the appointment) and registered my biometrics. After that they told me to wait 25 business days for the outcome, unbelievable... it looks like I'll just have to keep waiting. At least the World Cup is close and I will be able to take my mind off the trip for a while.
