2012 is here and with it the final term of the MBA course:
International Business Project. This consultancy project has been the most
expected activity for many of us at MBS, because we will be involved full time
in a real project with some of the most reputable companies in Europe.
The first stage
was the bidding process, a very stressful couple of weeks when we had to become
experts in the industries where our potential clients operate, and then offer a
valuable solution to their business problems. We qualified to present to two
out of three clients we sent written bids to. We went well prepared and I’m
happy my group was chosen by the company we selected as our number one
priority.
Now we are ready to begin and I just wanted to share one thing
that is getting me really motivated, which is my team and the dynamics we have
achieved working together. I can clearly see synergies when each one brings out
their strengths and accepts the help of others when facing difficult tasks. I
think in life is hard to find and assemble good working teams but it is really
important to do so in order to be successful at achieving objectives. I see it in sports and I see it in professional life, team work is one of the foundations of good work.
